BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, USER WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION, OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING AGAINST DRAFTRIGHT FORMS. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN USER’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.
